For one of our client, a Leading Financial Services Firm, we are seeking a Credit Analyst

Position : Credit Analyst

Education : CA (2015/2016 Pass outs)

Location : Mumbai

Profile :

The Credit Analyst is responsible for working in liaison with the team of other credit analyst and portfolio managers and he will perform the analysis of Fixed Income instruments / issuers.

Job Responsibilities :

- Reviewing and analyzing issuers (Banks & Financial Institutions as well as Corporate) financial statements in order to give a view on the creditworthiness of the issuers.

- Perform peer/industry analysis.

- Identify and understand risk drivers of issuers / financial instruments.

- Interact with issuers and intermediaries for the primary research purpose.

- Structuring and review of legal documentation for financial instruments.

- Monitoring of credit events and rating agency actions, adding and removing names from approved investment lists, ensuring that credit data is current.

- Detailed annual credit analysis of all existing investments and quarterly credit updates.

- Networking - Generate additional information for existing exposure from market intelligence.
