Who are we looking for?

An experienced Product Specialist - Growth Accelerator, who is passionate about creating, launching and managing the complete product lifecycle for India's No.1 customer healthcare solutions.

An ambitious and dynamic individual who will work closely with a creative team of engineers, designers and product analysts to build a healthcare product right from conceptualizing to planning product lifecycle to emerge as the country's leading product and healthcare experience of the next generation

What will you do?

1. Own a product that involves working with a cross functional team of doctors, engineers and designers.

2. Build a deep understanding of the market needs and develop product roadmap in-line with company's vision

3. Get actively involved in designing & executing the user interface and experience

4. Manage day-to-day activity of the team, solve tactical issues and launch the planned features in desired time in a complex, fast moving environment.

5. Design and execute a go-to-market plan that help in generating awareness, uptake & usage of the product and meet the desired results

6. Measure and report performance of the product

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in management of a product with more than 100,000 registered users. Healthcare experience is an added advantage.

2. Engineering background and hands-on experience in product development is a must

3. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

4. Ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams.

5. Good business acumen with a passion for delivering results and driving things to completion

6. An MBA will be preferred, but the passion, initiative, creativity and desire to be a - owner- of the Country's No.1 firm in the health-tech space is more critical than the degree in the resume.
