KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage and grow the CallHealth brand and ensure its visibility and brand association as a Universal Health Assistant. Needs to move it away from the general health services positioning and clutter.
1) Advertising & Communication:
- ATL Advertising - Creative Development
- BTL Advertising - roadshows, brochures, fliers etc.
2) Content Creation:
- Standard Email / SMS Videos
- Presentations
- Magazines and Newsletters.
3) Digital Communications & Social Media:
- Website, Mobile App, Associate Portal
- Digital Marketing - Social Media Engagement & Digital Advertisements
4) Internal Communications:
- SEC, Mailer, Specific Tactical Campaigns
- Communication standardization & Learning
- Communication Services to Corporate, Departments
Functional Competencies:
- Knowledge of Branding and Brand Positioning
Knowledge of Marketing Concepts:
- Brand Management / Product Category Marketing
- Advertisement & Promotion including Social Media & Digital Marketing
