Role & Responsibilities
- Leading projects on Delivery aspects, in terms of designing, augmenting and optimizing the HR operations of the Client Organizations.
- Design, Build & Execute Frameworks for Organization Attributes like ~
Performance Management
Organization Design Re-Structuring
Designing L&D Frameworks, with IDP, CDP & LDP
Developing Competency Mapping
Developing JD/KRA/KPIs
Employee Engagement/Climate Surveys
- Role may also require to lead the engagement at Client side for longer periods to handhold the design execution.
- Role requires off shore and onsite direct interactions with clients.
- Responsible for overall delivery execution to the clientele for the scope of work mentioned and agreed for the client organization.
- Developing and enabling HR strategy and HR execution frameworks for customers and conducting and assisting in pre-sales through showcase of delivery frameworks at Customer sites and preparation of client proposals
- Participates in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements (e.g. process / shared services /vendor / technology) and design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / or sizing / org design / benchmarking / vendor or technology strategy)
- Doing research on new initiatives on Human Capital, and assisting in contributing to build new Delivery Frameworks and publishing research notes.
Required Skills:
- Preferably from a Consulting Company
- Shall preferably be an MBA or equivalent with HR specialization.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources Service/ Delivery; Shall be highly proficient in the domains of Human Capital Management
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Skills of storyboarding, analytical and logical thinking, good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to client locations around the globe for extended durations of time.
