We have seen tremendous growth in our seller base over last 1 year of over 50% and we would now like to further go on a path to identify and grow high potential sellers.   Key responsibilities  - Identifying key strategic sellers from our current seller base and sellers in the market to grow overall GMV  - Expand revenue contribution of key strategic sellers to get better margins and product quality  - Develop and execute seller incentive and regulation program  - Increase sku listing by sellers in focused categories  - Manage a team of BD managers and tele-callers to increase GMV. Assign targets, KRA & KPIs to the team and ensure the team works towards achieving the same  - Overall manage all the functions which include: Strategic Alliances Business Development, sales operation  - Manage projects with other functions like category, product, customer experience and technology  - Develop long and short-term category plans including tactical promotions during special events and strategic initiatives/alliances  Desired skills, experience and qualifications  - Entrepreneurial and self-starter who can take initiatives and achieve closure   - Experience in B2B sales or BD in eCommerce/retail domain   - Strategic mind-set with exceptional execution  - Team management experience of 10-20 BD managers and executives  - Excellent internal stakeholder management  - Experience of interacting and selling to SMEs  - Data driven and analytical thinker who is comfortable in excel and Powerpoint
