Location : Bangalore | Experience : 5 -10 years  JOB DESCRIPTION :  CoWrks is seeking a passionate Alliances Manager for our Bangalore community. The Alliances Manager is responsible for not only developing and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships between CoWrks and our partners, but structuring agreements between said partners that benefit the CoWrks Community members. The Alliances Manager is also responsible for organizing events that engage the CoWrks Community with the intention of furthering our relationship with said partners.  POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES :  The Alliances Manager shall travel across the country to structure agreements with potential alliances that provide products or services at exclusive prices or concessions that benefit the CoWrks Community. The role requires the following:  ALLIANCES :  - Frequently profile Community Members and understand the services used by these members  - Understand how each potential alliance can benefit various types of community members  - Drive outreach efforts to seek & build relationships with potential alliances  - Create proposals for each alliance acquisition and present it for management review  - Liaise with strategic team for feasibility and financials for every proposed Alliance  - Negotiate terms with alliances in best interest of employees and member of CoWrks  - Structure mutually beneficial agreements with potential alliances  - Liaise with various teams such as legal counsel to structure agreements  - Structure policies and service T&C for each alliance  - Ensure compliance and ensure smooth delivery of service from alliance to members  - Liaise with technology & marketing teams to ensure that Community members can easily avail benefits/concessions offered to them via our technology platform  PROMOTION & EVENTS :  - Liaise with Marketing & Community Teams to ensure that Community members are aware of the benefits of each alliance  - Organize events and on the ground activations that promote the benefits/concessions offered  - Maximize adoption of services by Community members  - Maximize revenue generation to CoWrks derived by well-structured, well-promoted alliances  OTHER SKILLS :  - Ability to build & foster relationships  - Adept negotiator  - Articulate  - Well-versed with tools frequently used by technology companies, such as SaaS products  - Administrative & operational experience driving events  - Ability to perform under pressure  - High Emotional Quotient
