Client Details :

- Our client is a world-wide sourcing organisation catering to a varied set of global apparel brands, department stores and importers. Over the years, the client has been able to set up a strong presence in the India market. Currently, to supplement their growth, they are looking for a Country Manager, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director the role includes :

- To head overall operations of the India Business.

- Working closely with all clients to understand their business needs, and look to incorporate the same into the local sourcing strategies

- Managing relationships with key strategic vendors, thereby driving value for the company

- To develop potential market for clients keeping in mind the corporate strategy of the organisation.

- To lead the team in accordance with market need and ensuring best delivery to clients.

- To follow and ensure highest standards in ethical behaviour and work as per the compliance's of the organisation.

Profile :

- You will be a successful leader with 15+ years of experience, having a strong background in the field apparel sourcing. You should have the experience of working with/for global brands.

- The client is looking for someone with a strong team management experience, and the ability to drive business results. You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise effective with global stakeholders.
