This role is with a US Major in System Integration Space entering India.   The Role is responsible for   - Grow and Sustain and make Security (Biometrics / Surveillance Systems / Peripheral Solution / Cyber Security) business in India. Making new business case and prospects for Security business, as well as deeply cultivating Industry wise to creating solution / SI oriented business model.  - Profit & Loss responsibility for sales activities managing GP, SGA and increase the operation profit as well as topline  - Sales force Management Support. Drives and support Pan India wise payment and retail business by working with each region heads and supporting all region sales team  - Manage and increase Solution Portfolio, creation of package with business case.  - Efficient structure for delivery / implementation and operation management   Job Profile :   - Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and builds up concrete sales tactical plan   - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products/solutions.   - Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans   - Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends economic indicators, customer's financial situation and competitors   - Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, completion, and supply and demand   - Maintaining national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees   - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies   - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed  Role Description:  - The incumbent will be responsible for Managing ICT Solution sales to customer for banking / Retail / enterprise and public sectors. In future, scope may expand to cover Sales force management for its own region   - Exposure to Key Account management and have a good relationship with CIO / CFO (or any CXO level) of large Retail / enterprise / Banks and government sectors   - Development of the appropriate sales & marketing programs, performance analysis and the design and implementation of the business processes as .   - Run the PDCA cycle of Sales and marketing activity   - Identify, monitor and provide a timely and accurate forecast for future sales and profit.   - Responsibilities also include interacting with customers for requirements, to achieve sales target numerically & revenue wise, to supervise channel management activities, to prepare a sales budget for the region.  Must Have Skills/Knowledge:   - Strong solution selling skills and consulting knowhow of improving customer knowhow   - Detail Knowledge of solution components and costing and SLA and conversion to negotiation, implementation, project managements   - Know how about creating a business plan, financial plan, customer roadmap and business case for both customer and organisation for the proposed solution   - Work as a member of the team and contributing the company to achieve its quantitative / qualitative goal   - Strong SI / Solution business skills and more than 5 year experience of managing 3rd Party Alliance and creating business cases   - More than 5 years selling experience, and knowledge about Security Industry or BFSI / Large Enterprise / PSU vertical
