Company: A Leading FMCG Giant from India having its presence worldwide  Location: Country Heads for Ethiopia, Ghana,Tanzania,Zambia,Mozambique,Nigeria  - Formulating Company's FMCG growth strategy for the business unit.  - Achievement of top line, market share and bottom line targets for the company  - Institutionalizing best in class sales and marketing operations for the business  - Brand Activation: Develop brand communication plan for the country  - Liaise with trade teams to plan and roll-out consumer & trade marketing initiatives in the focus geographies including the ATL / BTL activities   - Build distribution network in the country  Develop Market Intelligence:  - Study category / consumer trends to identify growth opportunities  - Monitor and report competitive intelligence  Qualification/Skills Required:  - The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree (specialized in Sales / Marketing / International Business)  - 8-12 years of relevant experience within Sales / International Business / Business Strategy function   - Suitable Africa experience will be a certain advantage in this role and kind of mandatory for applying  Key Relationships:  This role has principal reporting to the concerned Cluster Head in our Africa business, working closely with Head of Strategy & Business Development.The incumbent will work closely with relevant teams and functions from Company in India & Africa.
