Company profile: eCommerce Giant
Mandatory Criteria: Undergraduate degree from a top tier university. MBA is a plus
Role:
- Someone who is well versed with content creation, mounting of display/video campaigns and be able to correlate these to brand objectives
- Someone who has expertise on 'quantitative' side of digital marketing (SEM, Affiliates, email, mobile other perf channels)
- Someone with a more holistic approach and able to see all this in entirety.
- 8-12 years of overall experience - not more than 12 years of experience - can be less if from consulting background or very fast track startup
- atleast 5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of managing a sales team - can be less if from consulting background
- Prior experience of living abroad or handling international customers
- Can make exception if a lot of experience in Internet industry in India
- Must have had meaningful entrepreneurial experience (for-profit or non-profit startup, etc) for at least 1 year - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Experience in software or healthcare product sales
- Experience with marketing and operations roles
- Undergraduate degree from a top tier university.

- Consumer Facing (B2C)
- Running one of the programs for B2C entity or Consumer facing brand.
- Search email display email or affiliates
- Digital Marketing, Technology background, SEO, Comp Science background.
- Understanding of eCommerce domain, manage performance, drive sales directly
- Branding - try and build the brand.
