Revenue ( Mobility and FL)

- Achievement of budgeted billed gross revenue target as per DB

- Achievement of FLD order booking target

- To increase the A/c's profitability and revenue growth.

- To maintain and grow revenue in listed farming accounts

New Business Development :

- Achievement of quarterly focus new product targets as per new product plan

- Coach, Guide & Support team members to successful implementation of segment strategies

Large Accounts Management :

- Ensure revenue growth for both Mobility & Fixed line business

- Initiate and implement all key Initiatives on large A/c's like PRIME, SPM&C, CXO Engagement, FL Audit etc
