Primary Function:
Corporate Marketing & Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering marketing & sales transformation program across SBUs. He or she will ensure success by owning the projects as well as managing the teams to deliver the objectives. He or She would also work with the external consultants and market research agencies, internal resources and the corporate marketing & sales team. For each of these projects he/she will provide clear deliverables, program resources, budgets, change management plan and risk mitigation plans etc. The work would also include program methodology & tool development and organizational competency improvement
Brief Job Description:
- Delivers the marketing & sales effectiveness transformation project for various businesses
- Works closely with leadership, functional managers and other SBU project teams (no external clients)
- Work with CMS team (country, regional and global) to effectively use tools for addressing marketing / sales issues
- Methodology and tool creation and integration for project execution
- Work with the BU team to identify the levers for addressing the marketing / sales issues being faced
- Assist businesses in strategic planning, especially in evaluation of new business opportunities.
- Ability to drive projects through people over whom there is no direct executive control.
- Be part of the DuPont India CMS Team and work collectively to accelerate Growth of DuPont business in India
Education Qualification & Years of Experience:
- B.E./ B.Tech. + MBA from a leading engineering/management institute
- Atleast 5 years of experience of which at least 2 years should be in a leading consulting organization
- Consulting experience in projects around channel, distribution, sales force, market assessments and entry, customer segmentation, value proposition development, industry
- Good grasp of key concepts of marketing and sales and Good understanding of financial concepts and accounting
- Expertise in data analysis and excellent knowledge and experience in modeling & presenting of business scenarios using MS-Office based applications
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities to solve marketing / sales problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals all levels in an organization
- Meeting / Workshop design and facilitation experience
- Self-Starter with strong energy, passion and initiative
- Demonstrated Leadership
Preferred requirements:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certifications
Travel information:
- 30 – 40% travel required
