Key deliverables:

- Ensuring effective, compliance of HR policies.

- Manpower planning

- Talent acquisition

- Compensation and benefits, HRMS system

- Ensuring statutory compliance

Prerequisites to apply

- 6 to 10 years of HR experience.

- Should have had atleast 2 years of Corporate HR experience.

- Should have knowledge of compensation and benefits and statutory compliance.

Educational requirement: MBA/ MPM/ PM&IR

Industry choice: manufacturing, automotive.
