Corporate HR Manager  One of the Many Leading banks in India is seeking a Corporate HR Manager   Role:  This role will be central to the HR team and will guide and manage the overall Human Resources strategy, policies, and programs around recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc. for the bank  Key Responsibilites:  To be responsible for senior level decision making and day to day management of the HR function of the bank  To develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur  To manage compensation and benefits policies / program for the organization to attract, retain and motivate the workforce of the bank while   managing its personnel expenses and external competitiveness. This shall include but not be limited to job evaluation, designing and   implementing salary and bonus structures, managing the annual review process, being aware of industry and competition benchmarks  To be responsible to give guidance on performance management initiatives. This shall include the development and implementation of the performance appraisal program, addressing current and future situations / requirements, and managing retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, career development and succession planning  To liason with business / management to own the HR budget of the organization including the manpower plan  To be able to use analytics to ideate better HR practices, develop and implement projects to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness  Requirement :  5 - 8 years of experience  MBA from XLRI / TISS  Strong on ideation and problem solving abilities
