Job Summary :   Key Responsibilities :  - Daily / Weekly performance review of the resorts on various laid down financial parameters   - Review the funds utilization on an ongoing basis and achieve optimum utilization across resorts   - Review, analyze and provide appropriate approvals for any capital expense requirements across resorts   - Ensure that cross-audits are conducted periodically at resorts and remedial actions are taken as needed   - Periodically prepare relevant MIS involving projections, trends, performance etc with a view to aid business decision  - Prepare variance reports, obtain justifications / reasons and suggest corrective actions as needed   - Advise resort managers on various commercial / revenue matter with a view to ensure cost effective implementation   - Prepare a calendar and visit resorts periodically to review and check various performance indicators to suggest improvements as needed   - Advise and support the Operation Head on an ongoing basis to increase revenue and control costs   - Assist the property acquisition team by providing financial projections on any upcoming projects / acquisition
