Corporate Finance Manager - Micro Finance

This is regards to Corporate Finance -Manager for leading Micro Finance co. based in Mumbai

JD :

Who understands corporate finance well (balance sheet preparation and management, ability to raise funds competitively from banks, managing taxation and accounting, computing cash flows/ratios and ability to interpret them)

Need not necessarily be from MFI background but some lending type experience will be important

Background

- Certified Chartered Financial Analyst , or Chartered Accountant or A relevant Masters degree or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance domain.

- Minimum 3 + – 10 Years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance

- Should be from MFI , NBFC OR Bank Background only

- Excellent writing and communication in English.
