Category – Finance.
We have this opening with One Of the Big 4’s in Middle East Looking for someone who would be consulting for Company’s Clients and would be helping them into Corporate Finance and M&A.
Looking for someone who is coming from IB or Consulting domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Corporate Finance engagements
- Manage, guide and mentor the team
- Client Relationship Management
- Working with the Director, Partner and other members of the Firm in Origination of Corporate Finance and other deals
The Individual
- Minimum qualifications: A candidate possessing one or more of the following qualifications: CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (from top tier institutes), CFA
Experience:
- Total Experience of at least 7 years, of which, minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking/ Private Equity
- Good understanding and experience in M&A
Personal Attributes:
- Good in Analytics
- Team Player with leadership Qualities
- Be able to guide and lead teams on engagements
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Very Good Communication skills (reading and writing), if including Arabic – will be an added plus.
Must Have: Arabic Language Knowledge is a must. We are looking for Bilingual Candidate – English & Arabic.
Location: Quatar
CTC: 20000 – 27000 Qatari real.
Designation: Manager / Leadership role.
Reporting : Director.
