Job opening for - Corporate Finance - Mumbai in one of the leading Bank in India.

Job Description:

- Credit assessment

- Sector assessment

- Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of financial model

- Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum and following internal approval processes

- Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance

- Portfolio Management

- Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations

- Regular review of the case

- Inspections / Site visits

- Knowledge initiatives

- Increase Bank's visibility in the finance circle / industry sector

- Team support

- Sector tracking / management presentations

Key Skills:

- Qualified CA/MBA, with 2-4yrs work experience in infrastructure financing (banking / corporate finance / consultancy).

- Candidates with relevant work experience (project finance/ advisory) only need to apply.

- Strong financial concepts and good analytical skills

- Attitude and aptitude to learn

- An enthusiastic personality and communicator, able to deal with clients, internal teams (credit/legal/compliance)

- Always shows initiative and creativity when faced with challenging situations.
