ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  - Supporting the bankers in strengthening the corporate restructuring practice of the company.  - Performing situational analyses and help companies remain competitive by navigating challenges such as financial structures, liquidity, leverage levels, debt capacity, legal proceedings, and compliance.  - Reviewing clients financial statements, projections, and trends to help guide restructuring strategies  - Provide companies with advice on their turnaround plans.   - Discuss any risks identified and possible solutions to mitigate these risks to allow an optimum restructuring proposal.  - Preparing and reviewing all the documents including term sheets, project feasibility analysis reports and project assessment report.  JOB REQUIREMENT  - Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate from a top tier University with minimum 3 years of experience.   - Exposure in independently handling debt restructuring transactions with the ability to recognize issues and recommending optimal strategies  - Understanding of the different types of Bank security and the relevant implications  - Strong exposure of having dealt with PSU banks  - Networking with Banks / FIs / NBFCs/Resolution Agents.
