Location: Bangalore  We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.   Role and Responsibilities :   - Handling paid promotions and optimizing them for maximum ROI   - Handling Google Adwords & Facebook adverts and drive conversions from it  - Manage the Social Media, SEO and Content strategy of the business   - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights   - Create and develop new strategies   - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points   - Report to the founder, part of the core team of the startup   Requirement :   - 2+ years of experience with digital marketing in an e-commerce / online venture   - Enthusiastic to work in startup culture and achieve results   - Experience in Digital marketing and handling Google adwords & Facebook adverts  - Strong Individual Contributor
