COO/VP - QSR/Fine Dining/Retail

Looking for high energy professionals from the QSR/Fine dining/Retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving P&L for India working with a team compromising of Real Estate, Marketing, Operations, Projects, HR, and M&R.

- Cluster mapping, identification & finalisation of store locations,Custodian of the operational SOP’s for the chain

- Managing CRM, Implementation of ATL & BTL marketing activities to enhance consumer acquisition.

- Driving the sales, business development and expansion strategy for India operations, through Market Research, financial appraisal and viability modeling, technical, commercial and legal negotiations, supported by competitive intelligence.

- Overseeing the entire gamut of operations and support functions including HR, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Overseas Operations.
