Education : MBA with specialized (graduation in engineering preferred, but not mandatory).
Roles overview :
- To provide HR solutions for Business Units consisting 500-600 engineers
- Hands-on HR generalist role with key components of business partnership, employee connect, HR efficiency etc.
- Support business by identifying and developing HR solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.
- Performance management including caring high Potential talents
- Employee retention initiatives with a special focus towards Key players
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the business to implementing entire HR operations with a people centric approach
- Strong focus on employee connect and developing and implementing engagement strategies along with business managers - key aspects will include retention, training and morale of the workforce
- Handles employee relations issues, cross-movements and transfers.
- Ensure the performance management processes are deployed in the right spirit.
- Supports the compensation revision initiatives
- Coaches managers on how to provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs.
