Content Manager will be expected to
1. Create new content
I. Identify new content
II. Identify old and existing content
2. Identify content relevant to organization
3. Verify selected content
4. Capture and organize content
5. Disseminate and use content
6. Combine new content and re-evaluate assumptions to create content
7. Manage the LCMS & LMS and design & deploy new modules
8. Monitoring and evaluation of results and impact of regular, projects and customized programmes
9. Providing a basis for evidence-based decision making on necessary amendments and improvements to regular, projects and customized content
10. Induct faculty on using the fresh content through train the trainer programs
Professional Knowledge and Experience
- A university degree in pharmacy/medicine/science
- Post-graduation/Ph.D in Management/Hospital Management/Organizational Behavior/Psychology
- At least 8 years- experience in training & development
- Experience in delivering behavioral/soft skills training for at least 5 years
- Quality publications in form of articles, blogs or books
- Experience in managing LMS & LCMS for not less than 3 years
- Knowledge of Articulate/Captivate tool is mandatory
