Role : Content & Corporate Communications  1. Overall Online & Offline Credibility Building for the organization   - Maintain the public image of the organization & people associated  - Timely and streamlined communication with stakeholders  2. Create & manage effective communication plan to reach to stakeholders (donors, community, staff) + prospects  - Create content & design collaterals - for external engagement (Annual Reports, Brochures, Mailers, Newsletters, Branding, Gifting etc.)  - Organize, implement & capture events for better communication to stakeholders  - Case stories - periodically source from field teams and refine for publication (online/offline)  - Maintain data bank of A/V production (documentaries, videos, photos) of our work  - Media relations (desirable)  3. Events / Campaigns - Ideate and also source requirements from all verticals/ programs, with end-to-end responsibilities for design and execution  4. Digital Media - Manage effective platform for engagement and periodic evaluation of all channels:  - Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)   - Website and Intranet   5. Speaker & Award opportunities (along with PR agency)  - Identification of speaker platforms and prepare pointers for the same  - Identification of and application to relevant awards  6. Vendor Management - source and oversee adherence to agreed deliverable from all agencies (PR, Digital, Design & Print, Events / Campaigns etc.)  7. Branding - creation of and custodian for all templates and formats and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
