Consulting & Transformation Lead - Insurance

Looking for Insurance domain experts from renowned Consulting / KPO / ITES Industry with strong hands on expertise in performing high end consulting projects.

- He / She should have a good expertise in handling transformation projects, good project management skills, expertise in providing complex solutioning in a unstructured environment - all pertaining to International Insurance Domain.

Job role:

- End to end Client management - handling white paper presentations, Meetings, work shops as CXO level personally representing the executive management group of the company.

- Should have strong understanding of global financial market trends and developments, business, regulatory and technology issues that governs the decisions at CXO level

- Possess strong understanding of back office, middle and front office structures

- Must have sound understanding of operating model set up for Insurance domains

- Should be able to identify opportunities of improvement in customer processes

- Should have experience in creating White Paper, concept notes, solution framework, marketing collaterals and offering papers for internal and external use

- Actively contribute in business development, proposals and solutioning activities

- Provides functional expertise, guides and instructs on a product to the internal & external customers (Insurance)

- Analyzes customer needs and participates in designing the business process requirements and is responsible for completeness and quality of functional design

- Analyzes gaps and does impact analysis after understanding customer requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

- Min 12-15 years of domain experience with 5+ years in consulting in Insurance industry

- Deep insight in Insurance domain

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Should have worked on at least 3-4 consulting engagements for global Insurance Giants

- Six sigma & Lean certification (Green Belt/ Black Belt)
