Consulting/Sr Consulting - Healthcare Payer Space

Experience: 4 - 12 years

MBA from Tier 1 & Tier 2 companies

Job Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Business case analysis, current state study, process mapping and future state definition, business and functional requirements definition, contingency planning,
implementation, ongoing business services for Healthcare

- Creating consulting proposals and engagements

- Expertise in payer business processes and functions - claims processing, membership enrollment processing, customer services

- Led several core consulting proposals

- Should Led & execute multiple product engineering engagements in Payer space.

- Efficient in review of client business processes, preparation of functional specifications/product POCs for prospects & customers and delivering solution recommendations.

- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (Executives, Business Unit Owners, Account Management, Sales & Product Management) and working exposure to multiple software delivery models.

- Significant client/prospect engagement experience.

- Conceptual Solution Roadmap on Medication management and process improvements.

Skills Required:

- Analytical thinker with the ability to understand business / operational challenges & propose solutions.

- Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills

- MBA from tier 1 college.

Optional Qualifications:

- Have some level of exposure in other IT Services

- Knowledge of processes and functions applicable in Fortune 500 Companies

- Self-motivated, proactive, and have a results orientation

Education :

- Engineering degree in computer science, electronics, electrical or related fields and Post-graduation in management or business administration or M.B.A from tier 1 institute.
