Tax,Revenue,Customs into Public Services domain for Fortune 500 Company  Role:  - The Non-Executive role will primarily engage on delivery across global Public Service (PS) Revenue (Tax) and /or Customs engagements and initiatives.  - The Non-Executive will also support PS executives across Sales, BD, Thought Leadership Development, in addition to Delivery.  - The Non-Executive will also support practice operations such as demand generation, recruitment etc.  - The Non-Executive will support PS Executives to develop relationships with key stakeholders such as PS Industry and Offering Leads globally to generate demand and meet recoverability targets.  - The Non-Executive will help our PS client teams in proposals and business development activities and enabling them to increase their revenues and sales.  Skills and experience :  - The Right candidate must have an MBA from a Tier 1 MBA institute and or a comparable Masters in Public Administration.  - The Right candidate must have very good global understanding and exposure to PS Revenue (Tax) and /or Customs industry, especially in North America and or Europe.  - The Right candidate must have a very good understanding of at-least 2 of the following PS sub capabilities and service offerings, focusing on Revenue (Tax) and /or Customs:  a) PS Business Process Management for Revenue (Tax) and /or Customs.  b) PS Operations (Revenue (Tax) and /or Customs).  c) Policy making drivers / strategy with respect to Revenue (Tax) and /or Customs.  d) Technology and Digital enablement of business processes (use of Intelligent processing systems, Analytics, etc.) in Revenue (Tax) and/or Customs industry.  - The Right candidate must have at least 6 years of exposure to Management consulting in the PS Domain, with 4+ years of experience in Tax/Revenue and /or Customs.  - The Right candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to engage people internationally, as well as in India.  - The Right candidate must have excellent and advanced MS Office Skills (in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc.).  Apurva Koul (Associate Consultant) Mount Talent Consulting, an ISO 9001:2008 Company CII Member, Skill Development Partner of NSDC's Multiple Sector Skill Councils Consulting | Learning | Recruitments Delivering Operations @ India, US, APAC & EMEA
