- 15-20 years of experience in running a consulting practice and managing revenues over 30Mn and grow unit YoY by 30%

- Accountable for overall direction, project execution, implementation and competency development of the unit

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and integrate well with the IT organization and achieve goals

- Come across as a thought leader and be able to communicate Company PoV during client visits
