Consulting BFSI  Key Role : -   - Independently lead delivery in consulting assignments and provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximising growth or improving the business performance of the clients   Strategy and business development   - Review and refine the strategy and current operating model of the consulting vertical with a view to making it sustainable, team based, IP driven and a high value function for the group   - Lead the formation of operating plans and budgets for the consulting vertical.   People management- Coach, mentor and groom the team members of the team for their career growth and organisational goals   In addition adherence to   - Compliance   - Performance Management   MBA from one of the Top B-Schools + Graduate in any discipline.  - Has experience in driving strategic projects in financial services/insurance industry   - Knowledge of project management lifecycle methodology.
