Designation: Consultant / Sr. Consultants

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Engineering from Premier Engineering Institutes, with a cut-off % at 70 and above.

Could also look at candidates with Bachelors in Economics / IT from good universities

MBA from Premier B Schools [IIM, NITIE, S P Jain, XLRI, FMS]

Work Exp Consultants : 2-3 years of work experience in the Industry, or consulting experience

Work Exp Sr. Consultants : 4-6 years of work experience in the industry, or consulting experience

Job Description:

The person we are looking at should possess the following :

Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills

He should be presentable, confident in his approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and able to influence.

The candidate should be extremely conversant with Excel & Power Point. Advanced excel skills are preferred. He should be able to work across spreadsheets on analytics using macros in excel with key functions and make professional presentations.

The candidate needs to have strong analytical problem solving skills, excellent work ethic, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.

He needs to have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure (as demonstrated by their academic, co-curricular or extracurricular successes).

Relevant industry experience.

For Manufacturing Operations profiles: Knowledge of Production Systems / Lean / Six Sigma/TPM/ Planning & Scheduling, Process Improvement is required.

For Supply Chain profiles: Knowledge of Cost Reduction / Vendor Management / Logistics / Sourcing & Procurement/distribution is required.

Should be willing to stay at client locations for long period of time, which may be away from base location.
