Profile:- Consultant / Sr.Consultant- Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy

Location: Gurgaon.

Qualification: B.Tech and MBA (Finance)

Job Responsibility:

- The incumbent must have domain knowledge about energy policy, financing and regulatory frameworks in India.

- He must also have worked on assignments involving providing assistance to central ministries, state governments / departments, multilateral and bilateral agencies, IDCs in areas of capacity building, knowledge transfer, project implementation and relationship management.

- The incumbent must be aware of policy framework and financial mechanisms for deployment of renewable energy sector in India. He should also be capable of capacity building within client organizations and delivering high quality assistance to the client organizations.

- The incumbent must also be capable of working on identifying and pursuing business development opportunities for the growth of the practice and work both independently and as a team on the entire client acquisition cycle.

- He should be capable of leading assignments independently and under narrow timelines and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing clients and develop new clients for consulting projects.

- He should also be adept at resource planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with internal / external departments and an effective communicator with exceptional relationship and people management skills.

- He should have 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and prior experience with Big 4 and other consultancy organizations will be an added advantage.

- He must be a Engineer/MBA by qualification and also willing to travel and work in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

Essential Skills :

- Thorough technical knowledge on Renewable Energy and Energy and Energy Efficiency.

- Candidates with Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency experience will have an added advantage.
