Job Description:

The candidate should be:

- Be a law graduate from a premier law university in India (Masters in International law/ Qualification from international universities will be an additional advantage)

- Have significant (atleast 3 years +) international law research and corporate advisory experience. Experience of using international law / Indian law databases like WestLaw; Lexis Nexis etc. is preferred)

- Preferably served in the corporate, secretarial or compliance management role in an Indian corporate

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Manage and develop a team of consultants/ senior consultants (Law graduates, CS, etc.)

- Support business development activities in India and abroad
