- SAP CRM Consultant
The CRM Functional Consultant must possess the following skills to be successful:
- Should be able to understand business requirements given by business team and prepare Business blue print document along with functional specifications for the developments.
- Consultant should have working experience on minimum two areas mentioned below:
a) Lead management
b) Service Request Management (transaction types, Categorization, SLA profiles, Rule policies)
c) Service Order Management (SLA profiles, multilevel categorization, resource planning )
- Sales Order management.
- Interaction center
- Having knowledge in CRM technical areas would be added advantage.
- Should be able to coordinate with various stakeholders to form a consensus solution.
- Good communications capabilties in order to communicate and advise the cross functional teams. Should be able to interact with technical team members in their day to day work.
- Having work experience in IS-TELCO processes like (Provider Order,
- Provider Contract, IST Change processes) are an added advantage.
- Providing regular status update to all stakeholders.
