Job Role :
- Client service delivery/execution
- Execute projects at times supporting multiple clients. Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients
- Manage client personnel

- Assist in developing point of views / thought leadership
- Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
Business development :
- Support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation
- Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to manager
- Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients

Academic Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA or CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background
Experience : 1 - 3 years of relevant pre or post MBA experience (as mentioned below)
Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role) with exposure to at least two of the areas listed
- Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction.
