Consultant - Executive Search (Non IT)

- Draw search plans for client requisitions to build a candidate pipelines

- Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery

- Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers

- Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist sourcing and client advisory activities

- Engage senior candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations

- Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers

- Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Experience:

- Should have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms.

- Should have experience in handling senior searches in specific domain (Non IT).

- Should have experience in Service Delivery Management, Candidate Management, Market Mapping, etc.

- Should have experience in hiring for permanent positions in domestic market.

Skills Required:

- Excellent knowledge of the Recruitment industry, its nuances and processes

- Ability plan delivery spanning multiple clients

- Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals

- Ability to independently interface with clients and manage transactions

- Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.

- Highly energetic and motivated individual
