Resources handled should have 4+years of experience. Candidate should have handled 2-3 appraisals for the team members.

What is Radar-

Radar is collection of software used by General insurance Pricing, Analytics & Portfolio Management teams. These products produce powerful and flexible reports to support portfolio monitoring and pricing strategy. The Live component of Radar also enables the integration with rating system to deliver real-time pricing.

Candidate Essentials:

- Excellent communication skill - verbal, written and presentation skills.

- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality.

- Experience and ability to ask the right questions, formulate a comprehensive set of hypothesis, identify significant factors, and adopt the appropriate solution framework.

- Interfacing with clients for mapping requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.
