We have an opening with one of our Leading Big4 Client.

Work Experience: 2 to 9 years

Location: Delhi NCR

Title : Senior Consultant

Function : Transaction & Restructuring

Location : Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct end to end financial due diligence

- Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis

- To undertake smaller assignments or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager or Director

- Write sections of an FDD / VDD report

- Analyze in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows)

- Highlight unusual trends observations and frame questions for management

Advisory:

- Get involved in meetings with the target Management

- Review Datebooks prepared in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project

- Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members

- Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them

- To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountants
