Construction Head - Real Estate

We are hiring for Construction- Head position for our leading MNC client (HQ Singapore) in Real estate sector

Experience: 15- 30 Years of relevant post qualification experience

Qualification: Full time Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Civil/construction from a reputed college

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon

Looking for candidates with overall experience in project life cycle ieplanning, Design & Review, Cost & Effort Estimation, Selection/approval of sub-contractors/vendors for optimum utilization, Resource planning, Construction scheduling, Supervision etc. The scale of the projects managed should be Mega and incase the individual has got Global (Large scale) project outside of India experience would be an added advantage.

Candidates with Past/ Current experience from Shapoorji & Pallonji /Dannon/ L& T/ HCC would be preferred.
