Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role will include but not be limited to:

- Supporting and advancing the business goals by providing governance and compliance related advice to management and employees.

- Developing, implementing, leading and continuously improving the Compliance Program and Organisation with respect to 7 legal compliance areas (Healthcare Compliance, Anticorruption, Antitrust, Personal Data Protection, Export Control & Trade, Antidiscrimination, and Insider Trading), ensuring that all applicable internal and external standards/requirements are being met.

- Fostering a culture of integrity and inherent behavioural compliance consistent with the organisational values.

- Performing and regularly updating the Compliance Risk Assessments in order to create and maintain a comprehensive compliance risk register and manage identified risks appropriately according to the Corporate Risk Assessment guidelines.

Profile

You are a Chartered Accountant or an MBA Finance (top institute) from a Pharmaceutical background. You have worked in a leading pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 2 years and are keen on international opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.

You are a versatile Finance and Accounts profession with a strong Compliance background. You have the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and manage entity level activity interfacing with different nationalities.
