Compliance Officer - CS

Our client is a top tier law firm and have the following requirements :

- CS

- LLB will be an added advantage

- 4-5 years experience in a corporate or a professional service organisation for maintaining internal compliance records/information

- Complying with legal requirements

- Following up with internal stakeholders for data

- Framing policy in discussion with senior management

- Hands on proficiency in excel and other relevant software for maintaining data and preparing MIS

- Specifically looking at experience in managing Insider Trading requirement of an organisation

- To work with Partner concerned, CFO and COO
