Compliance Manager - Life Insurance - CS/LLB

Job description:

Assist in formulation of Compliance Policies, Procedures.

Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting obligations on AML compliances.

Evaluate internal controls and anti-money laundering compliance programs through transaction analyses, compliance reviews and training sessions.

Compliance with requirements under Insurance Laws, Corporate Laws and such other enactments.

Collaborate with Anti-Fraud & Risk Management Unit by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

Desired Profile :

CS / LLB with minimum 7 Years of experience in Compliance in Insurance/Financial Sector.
