Compliance Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - eCommerce

Position: Manager Compliance - Legal

Qualification: LLB/LLM

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and Drive Compliance function; support and advice external consultants & counsels

- Providing guidance and support to Human Resource Department. The candidate must have knowledge in Labour laws, handling disciplinary actions etc

- Evaluate New Business initiatives & provide strategic direction on business models and regulatory requirements for new businesses and drive compliance

- Obtain necessary license and ensure compliance thereof.

- Responsible for day to day operational compliance of the organisation and manage documentation

- Act as Strategic advisory to the business Leads

- Drafting and vetting of notices, reply, petitions, applications, representations, business letters
