In India, they have been at high growth trajectory. With an employee friendly culture, they are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to support their brewery operations in Hyderabad.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head Compliance, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing corporate compliance program and ensuring that the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with rules of regulatory agencies

- Handling international legal and secretarial reporting requirements, applicable compliances SOX, FCPA (Bribery Act-UK), and Ethics management

- Handling Direct & Indirect Taxation matters.

- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit, HR, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels

- Consulting with the Corporate attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues

- Driving standardization across India with current different system and various quality of local personnel.

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA or a MBA Finance from a top tier B-School, with 7+ years of post qualification experience in the alcohol-beverage or pharmaceutical industry.

- You should have experience in deal with different compliance protocols various local practical treatment and various local practical treatment, with hands-on experience of FCPA.

- You should have strong inter-personal skills and communication skills with an ability to work with all functional and business partners, and should be open to Hyderabad as the job location.
