Compensation Specialist - Investment Bank

We are looking for Compensation Specialist for a leading Investment bank.

Location is Bangalore.

- 4 to 7 years of experience into Compensation role.

- This team is responsible for the coordination of pan India benefits and compensation including, but not limited to, the year-end compensation process, new hire compensation, competitor bench-marking.

- Understand and analyze benefits and compensation trends in the market and divisions through divisional HCM, business leaders, data analysis, business plans, market trends etc.
