Principal accountabilities of the role :
Support design and execution of Rewards projects
- Background research for the project
- Simulations for design
- Design support in terms of presentations etc
- Implementation support in terms of communication etc
- New areas such as Customized Rewards
Compensation Revision for ABG Schools & Hospital
- Study existing compensation structure
- Address issues and concerns raised by faculty and staff
- Revision of compensation aligned to Group principles and philosophy
Policy Reviews
- Study Rewards policies across the Group
- Revision of policies to contemporize them in the changing external and Group internal environment
Mobility
- Revision of policies to contemporize them in the changing external and Group internal environment
- To operationalize the mobility desk, vendor tie ups, implementation of the policy, solve queries from administrators.
Benchmarking
- To participate in surveys on benefits, international compensation, Salary increase projections and mobility
Rewards Communication
- Strengthen, design and execution of all employee related communication of rewards
- Design and implementation of employee communication of Annual Compensation Review
- Feedback and suggestions from employees and businesses regarding employee communication
