Job Location : Noida  Designation : Compensation and Benefits - Specialist Role  What is the Job like :   - This position is responsible for developing, implementing and administering compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices.  - Design, development, administration and analysis of base salary programs and structures for all, or a segment. Ensure that base salary structures are maintained accurately in company systems and are communicated to managers.  - Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistency in the administration of base salary programs across the organization.  - Participate in, and analyze results of, external compensation & benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness. Compare market data to ensure the company's programs remain competitive for recruiting and retention purposes. Stay aware of market trends in compensation and regulatory changes.  - Development and communication of compensation & benefits policies and practices. Ensure company management is aware of changes in the programs and is consistent in the administration of compensation programs.  Principal Challenges :  - Compensation Manager must work with various levels of management in the company, up to and including executive level positions, providing counseling on company policies and practices.  - They must have a thorough understanding of the business and the position hierarchy in the businesses they serve.  - This includes an understanding of the challenges the business faces, with advice on how compensation programs may serve the business.  Functional Competencies :   - Exposure as Compensation & Benefits Specialist for 2 - 4 years from any leading HR consulting organization & a corporate stint of 2-4 years in a C&B Specialist role.  - HR thought leadership, solid conceptual knowledge of HR  - Functional knowledge of Compensation and benefits design and administration  - Working knowledge of HRIS tools  - Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes.  - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.  Education :  - Post graduate in Human Resource Management from any Tier 1 management colleges like XLRI, TISS, SIBM, SCMHRD, MDI etc.
