- Would be responsible for Recruitment - all In Unit roles within the region  - Manpower forecasting - weekly/monthly/quarterly - with inputs from Unit Managers and other stake holders - followed by deployment execution  - Drive world class Induction program for the new joiners and on boarding formalities   - Employee file management  - Manage In Unit appraisal & salary revision   - Consolidate attendance for branch office, Units and provide inputs for payroll & manage post payroll queries  - Coordinate the hiring for attrition with the recruiter  - Manage the mobilization tracker with operations  - Responsible for Employee live database   - Site visits as per calendar to have good understanding of all employee issues at unit level  - Employee engagements and R&R activities at unit level  - Provide inputs for HRMIS & attrition report  - Should be from FM/FS industry (Blore should have a good mix of food and support) or manufacturing  - Should have had good experience in dealing with blue collar workforce  - Compliance and payroll handling experience also desirable  - Should have driven Employee engagement interventions
