Looking for LLB + CS with 10 to 15 years experience   Position to be based in Pune.  Key Skills:  Corporate Law Advisory  Statutory Compliance & Processes  Representing the company as Company secretary for all statutory compliances  Interacting with key government personnel  Advising on Policy & Statutory compliance processes  Providing legal support to communication team  Reviewing & Implementation of policies  SME in Corporate & Tax Laws  Corporate Governance  Conducting Board, Committee & shareholder meetings  Maintenance of statutory records  Representation before statutory authorities  Liasioning with Company Group legal advisors  Managing the overall governance structure of holding companies  Timely compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, NBFC/ CIC Norms, Corporate Governance norms of the group  Assist the General Counsel in providing corporate law advisory and support on special projects like statutory & Internal Audits, legal advisory on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
