Location : Mumbai HO , Chakala , Andheri East.
Experience: 5-7 years in a limited company.

Role Description:
Taxation Part :
- Filing of Income Returns of main company and other small group companies
- Filing of TDS returns monthly, quarterly and annually
- Computation of Advance tax estimates as per company's business progress and making payments on time
- Getting the Income Tax assessments up to date
- Advise on tax planning ideas and saving of Income tax of the companies
- Suggesting/Structuring certain deals/transactions in a way that Income tax is optimizedfor both the companies or group companies among themselves
- Getting Tax audit successfully done in time and filing tax audit report
- Transfer pricing among the group companies ( there are three or four) and getting TPaudit done successfully
- If required, appearing before TP authorities for explanations
- Replying notices received from Tax authorities independently
- Getting VAT returns filed in time and liaisoning with Sales Tax consultants
- Filing service Tax returns on time and replying all service tax related in house queries ofuser departments
- Service tax on reverse mechanism basis and evaluation of services by foreign partiesand tax implications so far India is concerned
- Service Tax related Compliances
- Advising on Directors- personal Income tax and computation of their personal tax returns (two directors)
- Advising on transaction with directors like loan from directors/loans to associatecompanies/repayment of loans to directors, etc.
- Transaction implications advisory of all types
Company Secretarial Functions:
- Preparing BOD minutes, notices, etc
- Filing up all secretarial compliances documents with ROC
- Filing annual return of the company
- Advising on new companies Act,2013 provisions affecting companies
- Advising structuring transactions as per New Companies Act,2013
- Maintenance of transactions Register under related party transactions
- Disclosure of RPT and interest of directors under respective sections of the newCompanies Act,2013
- In house information compilation and monitoring deals like merger/acquisition,proposed buyouts, opening of new retail stores and their respective registrations in the respective states under state laws, etc.
Legal & Statutory Compliances:
- Ensuring & Monitoring statutory compliances under various Acts like Companies Act, FEMA, Direct & Indirect Tax Laws except Excise
- Ensuring & Monitoring payments in time of TDS, VAT, CST, Service Tax, Works Contract Tax Act, etc. in time
- Drafting Power of Attorneys in favour of employees/some third party
- Drafting notices for infringements of trade marks and copy writes under IPR
- Checking the contents of a commercial agreement
- Checking L/C covenants & Checking bank documentation, whenever required.
