To ensure compliance with the Compulsory License and Music License Agreements. - 25%  Legal notices & litigation :   - Ensure legal notices going on time as per SOP and ensure timely filing of legal suits against defaulters and accurate tracking.- 25%  Regulatory :   - To ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports as per GOPA and other applicable statutory regulations and to ensure liasioning with all requisite statutory authorities as may be required from time to time. - 25%  - To Implementation approval process check list form pre approval of contracts and understand T & Cs with a commercial acumen. - 25%
